I taught myself English without a single course, out of curiosity and stubbornness 🇬🇧

Currently a redhead — but I've had every color over the years. I love trying out new products and keeping my hair happy through all the experiments.
Watercolor
Currently working through a mid-century-modern-inspired series: animal portraits in tiny accessories — a goose in a cowboy hat, a peacock in pearls, an owl in glasses and a scarf. Equal parts patience and color-mixing chemistry.
Learning Korean
Learning Korean through BTS lyrics — breaking down verses line by line, Hangul to romanization to meaning. A genuinely effective way to learn a language when the material actually makes you want to show up every day.
Food
I'm a big foodie: ramen 🍜 and sushi 🍣 are my go-to, and honestly I'm a sucker for any sweet with Nutella in it.

A great hire is never about matching keywords to a job description. It's about understanding what a team really needs and recognizing it when it shows up in a person.

Fix what's actually broken 🔧
When a search stalls, the answer is rarely "source harder." It's finding the exact point of failure — screening criteria, interviewer calibration, sourcing region — and rebuilding from there.

I stay close to the people on both sides of the table, so the whole process feels smooth and human — for hiring teams and candidates alike.
